"Had an appointment and they got me in an hour afterwards. Didn’t mention a delay when i checked in. No apologies or addressing it. Then the nail polish on my pedicure was very sloppy. The tools used looked old and not very clean. People after us who had appointments sat at least an hour and a half. Seems they are overbooking and the customer pays by wasting time. Positive - they were nice."
