"This was my first time coming here and it was for an acrylic nail removal service. The lady ripped my nail off with a technique I had never seen before. Now I know why. I told her it was painful when she was doing the technique with my pointer finger nail and she kept going until my nail underneath ripped off. She then proceeded to use the same technique to remove the other nails. I told her to please not do that again because I didn’t want my nail to rip off on my other nails and she stopped, but then later kept doing the same technique again. After all of this, I was charged the full price and didn’t put up a fight because I just wanted to leave. I can’t speak to their nail services in general but for acrylic removal, do not come here."

"I love this place! I have gone 3 times now and I wish I come here everyday. I get the blue harbor pedicure and it is so relaxing. I don't feel like it's a rush and you get a full massage of your legs and feet. Very relaxing. The ladies there are very nice."

"Went in with my boyfriend for dip nails and pedicure! Absolutely wonderful service, above and beyond any nail place I have been to. Very nice and welcoming. Entrance is a little hard to see with mall construction but well worth figuring it out! If you haven’t tried it, you need to try it!"

"This salon is very close to my work so I went in for that reason. The two nail techs that were there were very nice but I’m not happy about the out come of my nails. I originally came in with a couple Halloween samples that I wanted and at first they didn’t seem to be able to do much nail art so I tried to keep it pretty simple but even then they both wanted to charge me $100. They didn’t seem confident so I scratched the Halloween ideas and went simple. I wanted almond shaped, short due to being a dental assistant and I can’t have long nails, I asked for French tip with sparkly pink and a simple flower design on two fingers. The nail shape is alright I guess but the nails look bulky, not smooth looking or consistent. There’s little bubbles in the polish and I had to have her redo one or two due to lil black hairs being in the polish. On some of my nails the tech didn’t paint the whole nail all around so you can see layers of polish. That bugs me so much!!!! How could’nt she not see that? Lastly I asked for a flower and what I got doesn’t really look like a flower. I don’t like confrontation. So instead of making a big deal out of it. I paid for the service. But I won’t be returning. I should have listened to the reviews but I wanted to give them a shot. Very over priced if you ask me."

"I have had nothing but wonderful service at the salon with Kelly and Emily. They always do a fantastic job and are very sweet and accommodating to what I need. They always treat me with the most respect and do exactly as I request. I always get compliments on my nails and tell people to go there! The salon is very big and very clean and very accommodating. The owner is also truly special and very kind to her clients."
