"I went here for a number of years because I liked the haircuts that I got from TeAhn. She was chill and wonderful. Then she left the shop and I continued to use the shop for a while. Once I had an appointment with the proprietor Frankie, about an hour before the appointment I left a voicemail stating that I needed to reschedule. I got a message back from Frankie telling me to never come back if I can’t keep one appointment. She is a whack job who I have seen yell at kids on multiple occasions. Kids who were doing nothing. I have seen her send people away for wearing cologne. I have heard her rip other service providers apart when they were not in the shop. Simply put, her abusive behavior should not be rewarded. Go someplace else. I left that shop a couple of years ago and I haven’t looked back."

"Note on door says, "ATTENTION: If you currently have marijuana on you or have recently been in contact with any, unfortunately we must refuse service due to a life threatening allergy. Thank you for your understanding." While it's true there may be some people who have allergic reaction to certain plants such as marijuana, I've never heard of anybody having "life-threatening" conditions from being exposed."

"Frankie is definitely the best barber in the area. I've been to a few other places nearby, and nothing comes close to the cut she gave me. She talked about my hair and what look I was going for in detail before starting the cut, discussed options, and truly seemed like she wanted to give me the best cut possible. She really works hard to make sure you're happy with your cut, is great to talk with, and did a killer job!"
