"I have to take the time to leave a review and brag about Rain City Barber shop, I did not make an appoinment but decided to go in and ask if anyone was available, without hesitation, Cindy looked like she was ready to leave for the day but offered to stay and give me a hair cut. In the proccess of the haircut she offered great genuin customer service and was super welcoming. If you are in West seattle, please dont forget to check this great location out. The entire team har great energy!"

"Tried Rain City today for the first time. I did not sit with the owner, who seemed like he did a good job for his customer. My guy felt like I had gone to the barber college for a cut without someone around to watch him. I got a haircut and beard trim. Haircut was fine but left noticeable fade lines on the back of my head. For the first time in memory, it hurt when he lined me up. Made me wonder if he had automatic tweezers. This however was far surpassed when he started with the straight razor on my cheeks with little/no shave cream. When he saw me wince, he said, “I should probably use more cream” and then continued anyway. I was just ready to be done. When I got home I realized he completely missed my upper cheeks, left my neck stubbly, and my jaw line uneven. Again the owner maybe better but I doubt I will find out for myself."
