"Between 9:10-9:20pm last night, I arrived at this location to load up on gas for my car…. The attendant already took $20 cash from a customer for gas, and I handed him $30 for mine. However, he got our pumps mixed up. Then I was accused of telling him the wrong pump, which I didn’t. He was confused and then I requested to have my $10 back since he already put in $20. Then immediately after that, he comes out with a baseball bat, cussing and threatening to hit me with it if I didn’t leave the store because of his mistake!!!! Never have I ever been in such life threatening experience from someone who’s suppose to represent a company by giving good customer service. Is this what Ampm trains their store employees to do to customers???"
