"I came into this 7/11 to get Vuse pods and a couple Candy bars. As I went to pay for it comma they walked in the back a male and a female employee and spend a good 45 minutes screwing around. When they got back, they just ignored me and were playing on their phones and some bag. I don't know what it could be, but I got the impression they were trying to be addicted to me. they make minimum waiting. Please look bad. don't come here and shop if you're in a hurry and you want to be treated withrespect."

"The employees have always been super nice&the store is clean. Only thing that kinda bummed me out was trying to call repeatedly&never getting an answer. Probably just busy but I wish they'd answer! Oh&I just realized I accidentally used my daughter's profile to post this.oops! Omg I am still trying to get an answer on the phone&find it hard to believe they're so busy every second that they can't take a quick call!I know I'm totally sounding like a"Karen"but I'm actually kinda hoping if they read their reviews that maybe they'll answer their phone! I even called a different location just to see if maybe this one was closed for some reason&the guy said something like"yeah you should probably just go in when the manager is there if you have a question".like 1st how do I know when the manager will be there&what if I'm unable to go in person?clearly I'm making a mountain out of a molehill lol but plz answer your darn phone!"

"Went in to exchange spicy pork rinds for regular pork rinds, the 1 st time she said I needed my receipt and I told her I didn’t have but could show her my Venmo transaction. She said no. I left to just by chance I had physical receipt which I didn’t. I went back again to show her Venmo and give her the bag back and she said no. She said she didn’t see me walk in with them, just me walking and getting bag. I left the spicy bag and walked out! How could she see me the 1st time but not the 2nd? Hope there’s a way to address this!!"

"In the capacity of being a Dasher courier for Doordash, I'm writing this review. I've always had great experiences coming here. For those who courier know that time is money and this location usually has the customer's order ready when I arrive. At the time of this writing, during the pandemic, the location adheres to all covid guidelines including plastic check out dividers, masks required, etc. They have you select your own food so there's less contact between food and person. Most 7-11 in the area I find super friendly and helpful. If you enjoy my reviews, please like and follow me.
