7-Eleven

"I went here since it first opened and I was very glad at the time to have a place to buy beer closer to my house, but I eventually stopped coming here because they wouldn't stop trying to overcharge me. Over the couple years I came here, they were almost always running a 2 for $6 mix-and-match promo on craft beers but nothing ever rang up correctly. Every brand rang up at a different price and the mix and match pricing never worked. I would point it out every time I bought beer there, and they were 100% aware of the problem and never fixed it. After this went on for well over a year and I had objected to the overcharging over 100 times, it because obvious that they had no intention of fixing it and the only reasonable explanation left was that they were doing it on purpose and just trying to get away with overcharging anyone who would let them. I'm not going to deal with thieves, so I stopped coming here. And even if it was a series of over 100 honest mistakes, which is not at all believable, it was still super irritating and there's no excuse for it either way."

"I was in this store today 9.29.23, the customer service representative was unable to help. When I asked his name he said we was able to to tell me. He had no name badge on and refused to tell me. This is a fairly new 7-11 when it opened it was nice, but as always give it a little time and customer service goes down. He claimed he hasn’t been trained how to do anything but run the cash register."

"I go for quick in out when on my way home, one I really like going to off hearthwood they are more then friendly to help me to understand lots of different games of the lottery, so I buy my tickets there more often. EMPLOYEES, fun, patient, helpful, STORE, Very clean,"

"Spotless! I haven't ever had the pleasure of entering such a nice, clean 7-11 ever. All the shelves were perfectly maintained and there is a wide selection of snacks and drinks. I've stopped in on multiple occasions as it's just down the road, and the staff has always been very nice and courteous; even going so far ad joking with me a bit and improving the bad day I was having. Tried several things from the ready made section most recently. They weren't overcooked, nor held too long and tasted pretty good!"
