"They used to have hot food on hand at 5am, but ever since the British guy quit there's never any hot food, no hot dogs, no nothing. Very displeased, I walk in there every Thursday morning, and walk right back out because.... No hot food"

"Walked in to grab a couple sodas and some food real quick. Got the sodas and walked up to the counter to get some hot food and pay. Girl behind the counter answered her phone and proceeded to have a conversation as I stood there waiting. A couple mins passed and she got off the phone. I asked for some of the roller taquito things. She said none were ready. That she just put them on cause they " sell so quickly she can't keep up." Maybe if you're not on the phone you can do your job and not leave customers who have things to do standing there. Never been in a 7-11 that had absolutely none of the food ready. If it is so popular you think a person would make a better effort to keep the hot food stocked. Definitely will be taking my business to another more efficient 7-11 in the future."
