"My husband walked on a couple Fridays ago looking to get his hair buzzed. The guy said it'd be a couple hrs wait and to make an apt so my husband came home and made an apt for 9am Monday morning. He had an interview Mon afternoon. So my husband got there about 10 mins to 9am and waited til 9:30am for them to open before he finally left to find another place. Will never be back."

"I been going here since ole dude opened up. The cuts are amazing, but the professionalism needs a lot of work. The main barber/owner is the only reason I come to this place and is also the only reason I’m no longer going there. I will not sit there and lie and act like his haircuts aren’t good but it’s his attitude and professionalism that made me stop going here. He rants on Facebook and social media about customers being late and how they’ll have to pay a $30 fee in order to get another hair cut, but does not practice what he preaches. Almost EVERY time I have came to get a haircut he gets me in 20-30 minutes late or longer. Now people aren’t perfect I get that, but my point is that you can not hold a standard for your customers if you can’t uphold that standard on your end. Everybody’s time is important and everybody has important things to take care of, this dude picks and chooses who he wants to show respect and dignity to. That never sat right with me, I came in today on a strict schedule because I’m a busy man, and this appointment was confirmed DAYS in advance. He told me he wouldn’t be able to get me until 10 o clock, 10 o clock goes by and he starts cutting another dudes hair. The barber is very contradicting and judgmental. He claims to be a pastor but not one pastor I know acts as cocky as he does. Elijah, I know you read your reviews, so here you go, hopefully you’ll do better with the next long term customer. "I made an appointment using the Cut app and woke up sick the day of the appointment. I canceled first thing in the morning for a 4:00 pm haircut and tried immediately to reschedule for the next week. When I tried this I didn't see any availability and texted the number in the app. He responded saying because I had wasted his time he would not see me. This is a business with no cancelation policy posted on the app and I did what I would have done to any appointment based practice. Really disappointed with the immaturity of this place. Can't speak for their cuts, but the customer treatment is extremely poor, bordering on petty. Update: It turned out I had Covid so I'm happy you guys would have rather me gone in and infected your staff and clients rather than have me reschedule."

"We came in so my husband could get a good haircut. We read good reviews and saw that they worked on all hair types so we came here. Now. My husband had long hair that he could pull into a bun. He wanted a simple haircut in the photo below and we left with what he has in the pictures. Not only was his haircut too short, it was uneven and he has scratches and red soreness all around his hairline. My husband was really upset with the cut, and is in pain from the clippers. We paid because he didn’t want to be there anymore. We are extremely disappointed."

"Today was my first visit. I was told ahead of time there was a wait. No problem for me but definitely make an appointment if you are short on time. Mike did a great job making sure I got exactly what I wanted. 100% worth the wait! 5 stars!"
