"I am a daily customer at your store, yesterday I went to get a coffee refill like I always do and the older guy Bimal accused me of stealing the cup of $1 value. This is utterly ridiculous customer experience, he didn’t even ask me or check the video, just plainly accused me. I clearly walked in with the cup in my hand, feel free to check the video recording. Also after I paid the cost of a coffee with cup (instead of refill), he still kept on saying derogatory comments about me. I’m not going to your store ever again. Also, I’ve been charged a surcharge everytime here for a transaction under $5, A surcharge of $.45 is added to every credit OR debit card purchase under five dollars. This a violation of Visa rules which states, "U.S. merchants cannot surcharge debit card or prepaid card purchases”"

"The convenience store tries to scrap on the energy bill by running the fridges at room temperature. All their products were warm. Mentioned that to the cashier and he laughed at my face and sarcastically said my drink was very cold... There is a store right in front that would be a better choice for anyone."

"I put 13 dollars down on pump 4 at 1130 pm Feb 23 2023 and I only got 5.78 and then the pump stopped. I was doing a food delivery and needed to go. The guy working their said the pump was working and wouldn't help me, said he could put it back on my card but I needed gas... Thankfully a good Samaritan came buy and bought me gas and I left... BTW I've been an uber driver for 5 years pumped enough gas, so it wasn't like I didn't push in the nozzle hard enough... 7 dollars stolen :/"
