"Becky (behind the counter) was so rude and obnoxious that instead of buying anything we left in disgust. DO NOT GO unless you want to have you day ruined!! What was funny she was bragging about being in business 48 years but with her attitude it will be closed by the end of 2023!"

"We were visiting Sequim from out of town and were surprised to see a Radio Shack, so we went inside to check it out. Upon entering the woman immediately asked what she could help us find without even greeting us first. We explained that we were visiting and that we didn’t know Radio Shack still existed anywhere, so we wanted to look around. Her answer to this was very rude and shocking to us. In a very terse tone she said, “ well, remember this is a store, not a museum so make sure to shop not just look.” That made us feel we were not welcome to look around since we didn’t have a specific thing to buy. We may have found something we wanted or needed but instead we left immediately. It was a very uncomfortable experience and a poor way for a business person to interact with potential customers."

"I was interested to know that there was a Radio Shack still in business It is independently owned. I went in there in 2020 and got a HDMI cable there I would recommend going there if you need parts for your electronics or for the nostalgic vibe…. But don’t bug the employees too much about how this store is still in business. They get that a lot. But yes, there is a Radio Shack in Sequim still open"
