I already avoided this Safeway on account of your insane bouncers who beat pedestrians half to death from an illegal doorman company that's had to rebrand several times on account of lawsuits, but I have no problem taking a quick bus down to E Madison (who, by the way, have incredibly friendly security staff) and taking my business elsewhere. Thanks"

"Can we please bring back the shopping baskets to the store at 1410 E John St, Seattle, WA 98112? I understand that someone stole the old baskets, but it is absurd to not have shopping baskets available to customers at a grocery store and you are certainly losing sales to people who are only buying as much as they can carry. How much can the damn baskets cost compared to the lost sales and annoyed customers? Is Safeway a grocery store or a basket protection society? Shopping baskets are fundamental to grocery stores."

"Slave way is Safeway Pharmacy. It has 90 min wait at all times! Safeway only provides 1 register for pharmacy. They used to have 2. Safeway/slave way chooses to understaff the pharmacy and keep all pharmacists on salary. Insisting that they stay for 80 hour weeks until everything's been done that day, by themselves, without appropriate staff. Safeway is a slave way. These poor pharmacist are so overworked and underpaid! No one answers the phone at this Pharmacy. If you ever have to call your pharmacist you won't be able to do that here ever. If you leave a message on their voicemail no one will call you back because they are so understaffed! Safeway should stop being a slave way"

"I start working there in November 2023. My days were Thursday through Sunday within two weeks after that my days got cut down to one day out of a week due to the new management by the name of Daniel cutting my hours down. Due him doing that I lost everything and became homeless. Oh yeah, and deli department don’t wash their hands after they come from using the bathroom specially the women."

"There are two distinctly horrible smells coming from one side of the pharmacy and the butcher shop. The self-check and cashiers locations reeked of old urine and bacteria. This is not uncommon for this location. It’s in horrible shape and it’s not even in a bad part of town."
