"This was my second time there, the first time I had a full foil done in November 2023 and I went back on March 8, 2024 (one day before my birthday) for a specific partial balayage, but my hair color was ruined and ended in orange, yellow, blonde, brown due to color bleeding, it was a late appointment so no one was there other than the specialist who did the wrong process, I wanted to talk to the manager and another professional to see how they could fix it and do what I asked for. So on my birthday I went back to the Alderwood mall, the manager (really nice woman) accepted it was a mistake, helped me with a professional who examined my hair and gave her instructions on how to fix it, then scheduled a redo appointment for March 10. I went back (third time) and they did the service but I don't know if it's my hair but it doesn't look anything like what I ordered or expected, I still have the yellow/gold color (I have wanted silver) and It doesn't match the dark color that tried to cover the bleeding color, is still like light chocolate and my natural hair color is dark brown. I must say that the customer service is excellent, they are very kind and willing to help, but they lack honesty in saying if it is not possible to obtain the desired color or style, so as not to have to go through so much chemical process, since my hair It is very dry and weak, not to mention the hair I lost during the bleaching. First pic is what I wanted, wet hair is first process. I don’t know what else ask for, I don’t want to go through another chemical process now, I think my hair needs repair. What other options do you have?"

"Recently my wife had a hair appointment at this location and unfortunately there was a miscommunication with the hair stylist and she trimmed much more than my wife was expecting. Although a disappointing experience for her at the time, when the issue was brought to the attention of the manager, the CEO Katie ended up reaching out offering her apologize and a refund as well as an appointment to fix her hair at no charge. I would like to thank Katie and her team for addressing this issue so promptly. My wife has been a customer for years and this is a perfect example of why she continues to go back.
