"Disgusting facilities. It was so bad in both men's and women's restrooms, that a woman was squatting right outside of her car. If the bathrooms can't show cleanliness then how is the rest of the store and employees supposed to reflect on that? (My experience was 2 days ago btw)"

"Great selection at an average price. The wifi is free but when you connect and sign in it brings you to the Safeway website where you need to touch the page or click on something to finish the sign in process. Otherwise the wifi will not connect. Very nice and helpful employees."

"I am a regular shopper at Safeway but in this case a first time user of their pharmacy. I have to say, if every pharmacy is as awesome as this one, I am impressed. The women assisting me with my prescription demonstrated amazing and helpful service. She was genuine all the way, up to and including telling me she hoped I was feeling better soon. Awesome job. Oh, and a note that I ended up at this pharmacy due to the great service from the M St Safeway pharmacist. He didn't have my prescription in stock but found an alternative location that could. He could not have been more responsive and genuine as well. Great job by both locations. I usually shop at M Street because I want to do what I can to keep this valuable neighborhood resource in our community of hilltop."

"Safeway like other chain grocery stores carry most food items that are needed. They also have pharmacy, Starbucks, floral dept. etc. There are drive-up waiting areas for picking up your online order. I only gave them 4 out 5 stars as the quality of their produce selection has changed. Also, like other big chain stores, they make you use an annoying APP for special savings or sale items. The gas rewards program helps to overlook the inconvenience as shopping regularly could give you up to $1 per gallon discount."
