"I wish I would have checked these reviews first but this is only the second review I have left. An Asian lady, I don't know her name, cut my hair, we agreed she'd layer my hair, she snipped the back, snipped the top and said she was done. I asked her twice if she was sure and she said yes, now I have to live with it until it's long enough to fix. I don't like saying bad things about anyone but she had seemingly no interest in how my hair cut turned out"

"I went in with around 24 inches of hair. I asked Viet for a 2-3 inch trim and he cut off TEN entire inches of hair, no joke. I specifically said I don't want shoulder length hair and left looking like Lord Farquaad from Shrek. Truly horrific experience."

He thinned my hair so much clumps we're falling out as I was leaving and I told him and he said it will keep falling out til I go home and wash it. I've never had such a bad haircut! And I didn't notice til I was in the middle of the cut that all the tools and counter were dirty and covered in old hair."
