"My hair looked great the first time but then they did the switch on me the second time I came in and it got a bit crazy with the prices. You ask for a price for a hair style and your being told 3 different prices by the time your done but the hair style I got was a short cut version . But it still looked ok. Also every time I make an appt now it ended up being forgotten and then I'm sitting there waiting for an nearly an hour. This has happened 3 times now."

"Andrea Kennedy committed fraud. Canceled my appointment with Andrea Kennedy because every appointment I’ve had with her she last minute tries to change my appointment time with no respect or regard to my time (I fly out of state for this appointment). Then she went on to steal $300.00 out of my bank account for a service she never provided. Mind you my previous hair appointment didn’t even cost this much and I was just scheduled for a touchup. Currently reporting her to the state for fraud."

"This is my homegirl right here. She always does a good job. Has a nice suite she works out of by the mall. Good prices. I try to stop by every 3 weeks, and she hooks me up everytime. I have 2 old photos. Not good at getting "me photos" of braids."
