"I don’t always do reviews, but when I do it’s because I’m sincerely satisfied. High end salons are overated when you get a haircut from Terry. He did SUCH an amazing job. You can tell it’s his passion, and I’m SUPER pleased with my hair cut."

"I have been a customer for decades but based on my last few visits I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. I only require a very basic haircut and for years was able to get a good haircut. The last few haircuts have been barely acceptable. My latest visit I sat for over an hour after being told it was a ten minute wait. Neither stylist seemed to care about me sitting there. After an hour I asked a stylist that came towards the front of the shop if it would be much longer and was given an incomprehensible muttering about having to put something in the customer’s hair. I waited a while longer but based on the excuse I was given and the lack of basic customer skills I decided to cut my losses and left. If I ever go back it will be months down the road in hopes that they get new stylists with better customer and styling skills."

"Says they take walk-ins, showed up 2 hours before closing for a quick kids cut and was told next appointment was coming in 10mins, I checked in to the tablet upfront and was fine waiting but the gentleman in the store who wasn't working on anyone didn't hesitate to tell me they wouldn't have any time today even though no one else was waiting and I should call if I wanted a haircut. I hope the option to make appointments online is fixed for easier way to make appointments since trying to call earlier in the week no one picked up..."
