"Haircut roulette!! You have a 1 in 38 chance of getting a decent haircut here. Absolutely ridiculous that you can't request a stylist. If you happen to get a good experience (rare) and you want to see the the same stylist again, you can't! I like the convenience of the on-line check in, but that's the only positive here."

"We went toward the end of the day. The woman that helped us gave my daughter such wispy bangs you could barely tell she had any. Originally, the daughter said she liked them, but by the time we got home, she didn't like them. I ended up giving her the bangs she really wanted."

"We have gone to great clips 3 times for our 4.5 year old son, mostly because it is really convenient to be able to check in online. Our son has some sensory issues and getting his hair cut is not easy and I completely understand that it isn't easy to cut his hair. The stylist was extremely kind and really worked with us. She was great. We got home. I noticed his hair was really crooked and didn't look great. No fault of the stylist because my son was really struggling this hair cut and was moving around. I called the store back to see if we could come back in and get it fixed. They were really nice over the phone. My husband took my son back in and said the next stylist was pretty condescending saying that we should speak up if we see something we don't like. She also explained that they don't cut the bangs strait on purpose. She even blamed our son for his bad haircut because he was using his iPad. Which he didn't even have for the first cut. He said the tone really said it all. Honestly, we won't be back. I understand it's stressful when it's busy and I understand that it's frustrating when customers come back. But we weren't blaming anyone. We just noticed after we got home that it was crooked due to his movements and struggles. Everyone there was extremely kind except for this last stylist.
