"She gave me the worst haircut I’ve ever seen wholes different lengths and I am a women and I don’t understand why she would give me a man haircut and the worst haircut I have ever seen I have been crying over a month and I’m still crying over my haircut I can’t even go out in public it’s that bad don’t go to her I have been coming to her for a year now and I want to hurt her very very upset I’m still crying and I don’t have any hair left I had 5 inches grow out and she cut it so short I can’t do anything with it I should go cut her hair off and make her cry this is a month grow out it was so bad and short I have wholes in my head"

"Absolutely terrible on the phone. Maybe they can cut hair... maybe they cant... I never got a chance to find out because the dude on the phone was exploited deleted..... I really wanted to support a local business. Guess I'll have to shop around. I have not been disappointed by the little salon across the street from staples at Westwood village, but it is pretty basic there."
