Amazon Fresh

"Prices are great if you’re a prime member. But more importantly, the staff are always super helpful and greet you with a smile. Every single time I’ve been in there the past year someone goes out of their way to help me or help me get coupons working. Other places might have better deals but I think with the prime coupons and for the staff, I will always come back here. Much appreciated. Fantastic crew"

"I really didn't like it here. Way overpriced, surprised how expensive everything was. Couldn't figure out how to use the self-checkout, but they only had 1 checker, super slow intentionally to force you to use the "just walk out" auto-charge your Amazon account. They can get rid of workers, but you certainly don't see those cost savings in the prices. I didn't even use the "Dash" or whatever, where it tracks what items you grab & auto-charges your Amazon account. But still, there are cameras EVERYWHERE, every 6in, tracking every movement, three cameras following closely as you grab a box of cereal. It feels so dystopian. I would be surprised if they don't use facial recognition. Very few household items, and what they do have is only in Amazon store brand, very low quality, but WAY overpriced. $5 plastic wrap, $7 tin foil, worse quality than "Great Value". No Band-Aids, no Tylenol, no Vaseline. I really do not want to go back ever again"

"The produce is not fresh, funny for a store with the name "fresh" lots of empty shelves, this store was great for the first couple of weeks. I live two blocks away and only go in an emergency. I was a big fan of Amazon but they are absolutely forgetting about customer service"

"Seriously the best type of quick grocery store. The Just Walk Out and Dash Carts are so convenient it boggles my mind why anyone would use the old carts. Like, you know you can grab what you need and you can scan your way out without having to wait in line? It’s so easy… The pizza here is seriously some of the best; they should offer delivery. My only complaint is occasionally without notice they will not be making pizza or have the hot bar open.. those days are truly sad ones."

"The staff here are the nicest of any store I've ever shopped at. Great grocery store. I do all my shopping here. It is always super clean and well organized. Staff are always restocking so there is rarely anything out of stock. The coupons are a wonderful perk to shopping here."
