However, when I bought a new Stihl MS 311 from these fellows and about 2 weeks after the warranty ran out, it started idling poorly, I was expecting a song and dance even though my $50.00 20 year old hardware store chainsaw gets the exact same fuel and the same spring and fall test runs. After explaining the situation these guys really took care of me and only charged me for a new spark plug even though they cleaned the carburetor too. This is exactly the sort of small town service I was hoping for. Thank You Orcas Saw Shop!"

A friend of mine rented this tractor with box scraper and he lured me up there to operate it for him to recut his driveway, not only did we do that but we accomplished taking care of the community road, and a couple of other driveways. The equipment was in top-notch shape, And I found zero negative issues with the equipment. (Sometimes rental equipment is de-rated on output to preserve it, this definitely was not) I'm always willing to come on up and recut someone else's driveway for them, you provide the hospitality and this rental equipment, and I'll provide a top-notch operator."
