While this is forgivable in and of itself, the response I got from the staff (everyone on island knows which employee I’m talking about) was unacceptable. I didn’t realize up until this point that auto parts stores were exempt from reasonable customer service and basic politeness. Clearly Napa on Orcas doesn’t need my business."
