Having a full spec made during the design process made choosing our other elements (chairs, lighting) easier and the W+F team kept in contact with progress updates and were transparent on turnaround times. Pricing is competitive (especially for the excellent service provided) and we found it really interesting to visit the shop to see how they process all the wood and look at some prospective slabs in person before we made our final selection. "I had an amazing experience and outstanding service. I highly recommending coming here! Reasonable price too! I bought a living edge table online from a different company and when it arrived, it looked nothing like the online photo. It was 5 different shades and glued together. I was not happy and disappointed. So I was so happy when I saw the living edge advertisement on their window in my city and stopped by. It was on the day they were not open for walk in but an employee let me in. I think his name was Jon because he gave me a card (with the tool and finish I need to buy to make my tabletop). He said I will save about $500-560 due to doing the labor myself and it will take them time to finish the table if they do it. He also carried my wood piece to my car. Thank you so much for the amazing service! I totally appreciated it since I have a bad back from an accident. They said maple and black walnut (the one I bought) were popular. So thank you so much for making my day that day. I love what I got and am so happy with my experience. I recommend buying locally from here since you can see the piece that you like.
