"The bid on our kitchen floor was clear to read and broke down our cost, so we were not guessing at all before we made our decision. Ernesto was very communicative and respectful of our home with his team. They put down a walkway between the door and kitchen so our home stayed clean and even when they encountered a little more needed to even our floor, they got the tools needed and were still done within the time frame with no extra cost. They listened to music at a quiet level so our space was still our space; we just let them do their thing and it was so fast. After my kitchen was done, I went to clean up the baseboards because I knew they were dirty before remodel and the guys had done it while replacing our floor and recaulking near the baseboards. "After many different bids to get our upstairs floors and trim redone, we went with Pacific Flooring. They were great, knowledgeable, time efficient, communication, and decent pricing. Their bid was also the most informative, giving prices per sqft for each different aspect of the job. Furniture moving, removal labor, install labor, materials, and everything. Clean and precise. As we stayed in our home during the work, as asked, they left one room with flooring before leaving to we had our beds to sleep on. Repaired subfloor and was able to remove 95% of the squeaking ( other 5% is more like something to do with the walls resting, not sure lol). Had plenty of hands to get the job done. About 900 sqft in 3 days for flooring, staircase, trim and door casing painted."
