The leads will use their phones on the floor when the warehouse workers will be immediately fired if they are caught on their phones. Even just checking the times. The leads will wear comfy nike shoes on the floor almost daily if not every other day and will immediately fire wearhouse workers for doing the same thing. The leads are often heard saying "I hope everyone quits because we will be paid more" . Very us and them work mentality. Shoulda been born the ceo's son or daughter to have a chance in that company."
