"I went into Dunn lumber to pick up materials. I've visited this location many times as I am a general contractor. I was approached in a rude manner by an associate when I clearly stated I am a paying contractor and would be parked outside for a very brief time while I purchase materials and needed to be in and out quickly. The location was pretty empty as was the parking lot. The associate kept looking at my work truck and myself as if to place judgement. Dunn lumber associates, no matter what position in the company, need to be retrained on how to approach paying customers. Our time is valuable and they need to make interactions positive and professional."
