"I scheduled several weeks ago and then on the day of my appointment I received a text saying that she was sick and needed to reschedule. The following week, another rescheduled text was sent (day of) because she was still sick. Okay, fine. Then I got another reschedule (day of) because she had a birthday party to attend (why did you schedule an appointment if you knew you'd be unavailable?). Okay... I said I was free Tuesday and Wednesday the following week. I get an appointment scheduled for Thursday. Fine. As long as I finally get the appointment. Then, today (day of again) I get another reschedule attempt in text because she suddenly remembered she meant to schedule me for Friday (not a day I said I was available) and that she was out of town today. I said that doesn't work for me and that I'll just cancel and go elsewhere to which she replies that if I can be available later today, she can do the cut. (What? I thought you were out of town?) I would have liked to support a small business and get a haircut from Lisa Marie, but this experience was entirely unprofessional. I understand rescheduling due to illness. But this was too much. I am taking my business elsewhere."
