"We bring our son here for walk- in appointments. He has thick long hair. In the past, we have received nice haircuts. This time was rushed. I always bring a photo and my son’s hair looks nothing like the photo. The right side was chopped and the back was left so long. He looks like he has a mullet. I am so disappointed. When I walked in, I asked her husband if she had time to cut my son’s hair. He said yes and I did notice that she was not talking to us at this appointment and rushing. Nearing the end of cutting my son’s hair, someone walks in and sits down like they had a scheduled appointment. I’m so upset that I was told they had time when in fact they did not - therefore she butchered my son’s hair. Not only that, she comments on how long my son’s hair is and it’s in a way that is poking fun at him. I will never come back here. This is not great business practice and at $30 for a kid’s hair cut - plus $8 tip. I would expect a good haircut and for him to be treated fairly."
