"Been in residential and commercial construction for 30 years came in as a DIY er and was charged full list price. Never paid that price for that item but I know that a small government agency and don't have an account at very many places so we get reimbursements don't come here the diy use some companies name you'll get a better price or have one of your friends who's in construction get it for you I have been back and they have got some new people and it moved up to a 3.25 start from a 3 stars. The reason was needed something that could not wait for internet"

"I found it to be a ok supplier but they wouldn't take there on coupon from there own internet website. Told to go back to work / home and order it on the web and they will process it and it will be ready in 2 or 3 days FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS IN STOCK that would have added up to about 4 to 5 hours of lost man hours total between the two trips and a waste of 100 miles of travel time ( what's your time worth to you I know what it is worth to me ) i don't see it as living up to good customer service as the picture tries to say that that's what they deliver. I would give one star for this experience but they have averaged three stars for the times that I have dealt with them but because of that short-sightedness of their part I have cut back on what I spent with that company to there LOST $$$$"
