"General Manager at store plays pranks on customers and continues to mock them after, for me this was him pretending to run off and then saying to me 'You should have seen the look on your face'. This is unprofessional and I did not have any spare time as I had already waited upwards of 10 minutes for help at the meat department (which they never came and I had to proceed to the front). I reached out to corporate and was told that the District Manager would reach out to me, although they never did. The staff at this store was collectively low quality and verbally unwanting to help customers. Both my in store experience and my experience with corporate has made the Safeway brand one in which I no longer respect. I prefer to settle these things quietly, but when a company holds themselves to such low standards I am more then happy to speak out. Remember that this type of management runs each and every store in the Seattle Metropolitan. Absolutely GROSS."

"Great location, friendly staff, clean inside and out! Some shelves weren’t stocked so walking down the aisles looked bare, but still love going to this location"

"I visit this store location regularly and overall they have been a fine place to shop however, I must say the deli is rather unpleasant. Whenever I go to the deli area, I am frequently ignored or wait for a good 25 minutes before getting help. For example, I went to get sliced deli meat and there were two people working and chatting amongst themselves not acknowledging that I was waiting for assistance. When I was finally approached I was told to “just hang on” because they first needed to clean the meat slicer which of course is appreciated but could have been done prior since I was the only customer around and before I got there they were chatting. The lack of friendliness from the deli also discourages me to go there and I find myself specifically making trips to other stores for their business. Hopeful to see some improvements here and continue business with this location."

"Safeway store director, if you see this message, please help the residents live behind your building by improving the management of your rear area within your premise. Currently it's full of trash, cars (private and commercial) are parked everywhere and some vehicles have been there since the beginning of the year. Needles were also occasionally found on the ground. We have families and kids that wish to have a safe and clean environment. We talked to a store director earlier in June and was told some pretty nice plans to make things better for this area but none has been done since then. Please give attention to what's going on there and help regulate/manage. Thanks. I submitted a official claim to Safeway website but have not received update yet. Tried to call Store director’s cell but that number is always connected to a voicemail. This back area is not only dirty but parking needs to be regulated too. Someone even parked permanently and sleep in their cars. Safeway, please address this issue. _________________________________________________________ Here I am 8 months later, nothing has changed. Still full of trash and random vehicles parked everywhere. This Safeway has ZERO social responsibility to the community and just allows the back of its premises to breed crime."
