They also have the best loaders, they will go the extra mile, to get you loaded up, it's better than most suppliers, where they hate there job, and could care less about getting your truck loaded. "I've had to replace my 7 skylights at my house. I'm on the 5th now. Every time I go to this place they are very helpful and courteous people. Every time I call and ask about stock, they answer the phone on the second or third ring. How many businesses are like that anymore. 5 stars, great employees."

"I have had a very poor customer experience. We are building a new, custom home and of all the building suppliers in the area we have used, they are the worst. They do not stand behind their orders or offer customer support. One of their salesman, Ryan Jacobs made errors on a recent order of NuRay metal. NuRay appears to be a quality company. NuRay depends on their retailers to provide correct information for their jobs, which are made to order and apparently non-refundable. Ryan did not write up the order accurately. My order was for trim metal to finish a siding project. I told him I did not have product identification numbers for the pieces, but sent him photos and told him it was something from a previous siding order. He ordered something that is inappropriate and unusable for my application. On the phone he said "we do thousands of orders and I don't have time to refer to the original order to see what you need." Per NuRay, if he had identified the siding type, this would never have happened. So, he took a shortcut and now I am stuck with $625 unusable metal and have to send the workers elsewhere until I can get the proper material. So, they make the error and do not offer refunds. They want more money to fulfill another order. I also bought a roof hatch from them that is leaking, with no customer support either. I have finally made contact, after hours of research, to a factory representative. They were appalled I was given no support by Convoy, but also said they hear lots of complaints about the Tacoma store. Take your business elsewhere or go to a different Convoy."
