"Have been a customer of manor hardware Tacoma for almost 2 decades. They have always been reliable and had good customer service. The last couple of years that has changed. I don’t know if it’s new management or what exactly is going on but customer service has disappeared. I get a nail delivery every 2weeks , this last delivery I received 4 boxes of defective nails, they won’t even slide through gun magazine ( see pic,it’s obvious which rack of nails is bad )the manager Ron told me I would have to bring the nails in and wait until the manufacturer deemed the nails to be defective. In the past if something like this happened they would have immediately brought out new nails and taken the bad ones. What changed? All these 1 star reviews seem to be from the last year or so. I told Rob that I wasn’t going to bring the nails in and that he will be losing a long time if he didn’t remedy the problem. He didn’t seem to care. So I’m off to a new supplier and am tossing $240.00 worth of nails in the trash. Thanks Manor."

"Dropped off a tool over a month ago still waiting for parts and had a bad attitude when I called and asked about it. If I would have bought it somewhere else they would have just replaced it"

"So they took longer than what they said to even look at my nail guns and I called to that not to worry I would pick them up if they were too busy not to fix them but magically when I show up they fix one and take apart the other one and expect me to pay when I had already told them not to work on the guns. Bad customer service and and bad attitude."
