"Dean was awesome! So much work for a very reasonable price! Unlike some others that do this work, Dean cut spacer (stickers) and stacked the wood, to help it air dry; so I didn't need to get pallets. I used other excess wood from his job, to build a quick shelter to cover the wood for the winter; as it dries. He is extremely knowledgeable, very polite, and a hard worker!"
"I highly recommend NW Saw and Kiln. Dean was very accommodating with our shifting schedule and his work was fantastic. He was patient and spent time helping us to decide how we wanted our logs milled. Our wood was beautifully stacked and all work was done as promised in a timely manner."
"I found out about Dean on a Google search. I had 1200 board feet of newly milled Douglas fir and cedar that I needed to have kiln dried. He was easy to work with from the start to the finish of the process. I was extremely pleased with the finished product. His charges were fair and honest. I look forward to doing business with him in the future."
"I've used a number of milling services over the years...and I've never seen boards milled as precisely and uniform as those I received from Dean. His pride in his craft and attention to detail was a pleasure to experience."
"I had a nice Douglas Fir log that I wanted milled as I hated to waste such a beautiful tree go to firewood. Luckily I stumbled upon Westerlund tree service who was at my neighbors house. They were able to yard out the log and deliver to Dean at Northwest Saw. Dean called me and suggested the best way to get the most of the log. Dean sent some pictures of the work in progress and the finished product looks great. His price was very reasonable. Would recommend highly. With lumber being so expensive these days, having your trees milled is a smart choice."
