"A good place to go if you Know nothing about vehicles. I , as an old mechanic, only went because I have a broken arm. They will try to sell you extras but they aren't pushy. I couldn't crawl under my SUV to double check their work but it seems fine thus far. I probably won't go back after my arm is fixed but I would let my wife take her car there if I was too busy to get to an oil change myself. I will however never let any engine I have control over ever go to a jiffy lube! I'd definitely go here first."
"Need to pay more attention to detail, air filter was not reinstalled right also skid plate was left with all bolts loose and further more the transmission dip stick was not locked down and another was the radiator cap was left loose. Check your vehicle carefully after service at the oil can Henry's"
"Mostly friendly, however, each time I have visited, I always get solicited with multiple things my car needs replaced. My car is old, no kidding! But I came for an oil change and that is it. I avoid solicitations so I will no be coming back here. Also, the last visit I had, one of the guys had oily hands and touched my fender right by the hood. The oil started to eat through my clear coat and now i have two hand prints that are stuck there. I get its a '99 but it's about caring for the vehicle you're working on. I'll pass on this place from now on."
"Unforgivable service, or lack of. The one star is for the manager stepping up unsolicited and offers up to replace the part(s). Even still I will never go here again. This is the second incident iI'd had with them on the same issue. 1st time after an oil change I was driving down the road and heard a scraping sound under the car. Looking under the car I see my Honda's skid plate dragging. Mad but not willing to make it a big deal I get home and just put it back in the correct way. Two oil changes later after only taking it to Honda and no time to get Honda to do it I give Oil Can a second shot. I tell them my concern and they communicate that to the bottom guy. I go 5k miles without any trouble. This Saturday I have the same issue, no time for Honda so I head to Oil Can. Still not 100% sure I trust them I get there and am the fist person there. Once my car gets in and they start there job I hear a loud pop and the car shakes. I look at the camera and what looks like my skid plate still bolted to the car on one side and pulled down on the other. The camera is so dirty and fuzzy I can't really tell what is going on. I do ask the guy on top if that's what happened. He says, "oh no, he just didn't have the right tool and needed the right one but got it off". Not wanting to make a big deal and be wrong I go agains my urge to get out and look right then. I run my errands up and down Meridian with what I think I saw on my mind all day. Later my family is on the freeway going to our wedding anniversary dinner in Seattle and I hear that sound that I had the first time. I pull over on 167 and look under the car. I see my skid plate all messed up held by one bolt and a zip tie. A F*ing zip tie!!! My civic is so low to the ground I can't get under to get the one bolt off to get the plate free. I had to jack the car up and brake the plate off the last bolt. I was filthy dirty and late for our reservation. I called the manager and like I said offered to pay for Honda to fix the issue. Being that now it's Sunday we will see if he is true to his word tomorrow when I head to Honda of Sumner. Now I wonder if the oil filter was even changed with service like this. If Honda thinks it does not look new I guess Oil Can will be paying for an oil change as well or refunding me the "oil change" they charged me for. No excuse for an employee to treat a customers property this way, especially if I'm the first car. It's not like he's had a ruff day of working on cars. Sad, when they first opened they were top notch. I'm all out of chances for them."
"The best customer service and a very detailed/comprehensive oil servicing. I will only get my oil changed here from now on. Helped me with several small issues -- for free. Honored an expired coupon as a one-time offer which saved me a few bucks. I forgot my wallet and I had no way to pay but they allowed me to go get my money! Presents you with a very detailed review of recommendations and upgrades that are available options -- even includes a print out sheet with all of the information. Phenomenal -- Zack and Tyler were super helpful. My highest recommendation."
