"Advanced European Service was able to diagnose a fairly rare steering issue with my car that other places (including a dealer) misdiagnoses or didn’t fix properly. I was shown, not just told, what the problem was, what my options were for a fix, and how much parts and labor would cost. I was updated on the progress. The fix worked, the car behaves normally now, and work was done as quickly as possible even considering that parts needed to be ordered. Brian followed up after a few days of after I picked up my car to make sure everything was working as expected. I am happy with the quality and professionalism of the service I received, and most importantly, I am happy with the results.
