They constantly refuse to make some options till there's orders, then when there are orders they have no problem asking you to wait which I do then giving you the tiny remnants of whatever else at that time.. ex I waited for string bean chicken and got essentially a half order of sweet fire which ran out while I was waiting."

"I am a mall employee, and Panda Express is one of the establishments that advertises a mall employee discount. I’ve been given pamphlets that still say they offer this discount but they’ve denied me every time I ask. They refuse to elaborate and just say they don’t do that, but I’ve seen them do it for my coworkers, they just don’t want to offer ME the discount for some reason- even when I offered proof of employment! Again, I have been given very recent updated pamphlets from mall management stating Panda Express offers discounts to mall employees. I will not waste my money on an establishment with poor communication, inconsistency and rude employees such as this Panda Express location"

"I recently ordered food from this store at Doordash. I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from this store. The value for the money is simply not there. The Broccoli Beef dish literally had only two thin slices of beef. Likewise, the Mushroom Chicken portion was underwhelming. If I had been dining in, I doubt the servers would have dared to serve such skimpy portions. If this is an intentional decision by your establishment, I fear your business won't last much longer. Extremely let down by the experience."

"We stopped before the mall opened at 11:00 on Sunday and no other place was ready to open fifteen minutes early except for Panda Express. They were very happy to serve us early as the food was ready to go. They were very helpful and it was nice to have entrees with vegetables. There was plenty of food, nice stop!"
