"I cannot express enough how amazed we were with the Bryant Pipe and Supply team located in Hood River, OR. Over 4 weeks time, we made multiple trips, sometimes several within the same day, to pick up top soil, compost and supplies for putting in a new lawn. Every single time, each staff person had a smile on their face and were fun to interact with as well as helpful in answering our questions. Several times we squeaked in right at closing to get in one last load for the day and each time they didn't make us feel like they were rushed or irritated in any way. Thank you Bryant Pipe & Supply!"

"Very good customer service. I was hoping to buy a water tank in the store located at The Dalles Oregon but they didnt have one in stock. They quickly called the Hoodriver store & told them I would be right over & to stay there. (They were closing in 30 minutes) I got there 30 minutes later & the water tank was waiting outside ready to be loaded. Really appreciate their willingness to help me. Will definitely do future business with this company."

"They have everything I need for irrigation. The one thing that keeps me from giving thema 5 star review is the pricing. I think it is most likely priced at an industry standard rate, but the manufacturers (or ?) have little competition so they can charge whatever they want."

"While some of the employees have been helpful, including the owner, there are some with really bad attitudes. It's plumbing, and with plumbing comes questions if only where on the shelf is it. Prices are silly high for the most part, and don't bother to ask for a discount. At least try to smile when you charge 2x the big box store."
