"I looked up local places for carpet installation and read reviews before I chose who did my floor install. Because of the positive reviews I read I chose Arvid's. They came out and did my lvp & carpet install. I'm not writing this review for the product because it's only been 4mos but I am writing a review about their customer service. They need a lot of work with this. There is a true saying-people remember how you make them feel and that is so true. I know no one is perfect but when you can think of more than a couple occasions that a business makes you feel that you're an inconvenience then there is something wrong. And that is the case here with me and my experiences with them. Also I wanted to put it in this little bit in case someone needs it-if you like you're flooring to look right be there, be involved with as much as you can as far as your lvp install goes. I was there but left them to it because I trusted the installers too much. One of the installers told me he had 20+years experience so I assumed that they'd care how the floor was laid down. There is patterns in your lvp. And you can lay the flooring down to make it look, like the go togethe, kind of like a puzzle. So if you care about how it looks just watch them, tell them how you want it done, how you want the pieces to lay. You're paying them $. Make sure it's how you want it. They're working for you. I do like the look of my lvp I chose. It's very pretty but I just wish I wasn't so trusting and was more involved in the laying down of the patterns. Hope this last part was helpful to someone."
