"Honestly wish this area would get a tacoma screw cause they actually care about they're customers. Unless you have an account you can't just go in to grab one bolt. What a waste of retail space. This isn't the first time this branch and screwed me."

"Poor customer service, minimal in stock inventory, poor follow through of services promised. 3 years later and our bins are not properly labeled as promised upon signing up."

"I had a order for a shim kit sales person said they could have it for me in three days, so I show up on the third day not here the kit was sold and the factory didn't email her that it was sold, so she tells me she can order me another kit be here on Wednesday witch is five days out so I had no choice but to wait, so now I'm calling on Friday since I'm in the area and guess what there telling me it won't be here till Monday, that's a total of 14 days not good business"

"Most of the time the staff is rude and very put out to help. Be prepared to stand at the counter while they gossip & bullshit with someone but dont worry they will take your money when they are good and ready. Will tell me that they dont have what i need even though they have it in stock, i have to tell them that i bought the same item there earlier and it was in that general area (probably dont want to look for it). Nothing is priced so i buy nothing more than what i came in for."
