"We saw this new hand pulled noodle place on IG and decided to try it. First of all, the place had a nice atmosphere with a bar but the table was kinda sticky. We got stir fried spicy beef flat noodles, green beans, spicy pork belly noodle soup, lamb skewers and spicy beef fried rice. The flat noodle was much thicker than other places we tried before and the beef was hard to chew. The favor was not bad and I felt like it was not enough. It was not spicy at all for me. I wish there was a level that we could choose from if we wanted extra spicy. The noodle soup was okay. My husband liked the lamb skewers. He said they were very close to the ones he had in China. I also ordered an extra tea egg and I thought it was similar to Japanese marinated egg but it was kinda bland and overcooked. The price for each dish seems right, about $17 per dish."
"A Chinese restaurant I used to like in the neighborhood, called Tang Dynasty, has become a restaurant that focuses on noodles but still has the same Chinese menu as before. The noodles were originally tasty and firm, so we can expect more of the same. We had the Dang Dynasty Noodles and the Pork Belly Topping Stir Noodles. The dandan noodle is a soup noodle which is rare here, and the pork belly noodle is a little sweet and soft pork belly. The menu and ordering is all done through QR codes, so a device that can read them is a must."
"Okay let me start with the atmosphere because honestly it isn’t really here - I hate tall tables. Buuuut I literally don’t care because the food is so good I’d eat it on the side of the road. We had to wait outside and they had a line out the door the entire time so you know there is something good inside. Check out the pics of the good stuff we got. The fluffy breads were just that honestly I wish they were filled with something. Get the noodles with the pork belly. Chefs kiss!"
"We went here on a Friday night to celebrate my birthday. We ordered a ton of food and it was all delicious. (Not pictured were the amazing sesame balls!) The staff was pleasant, the food came quick, and it was delicious, hand pulled noodles. They absolutely delivered. And the portions were huge— plenty of leftovers. Can’t wait to return. Wishing them all the success!"
"My first experience here was pretty pleasant. We were seated within 2 minutes and the room wasn't too loud despite having people seated at every table. We were not given any instructions on how to proceed once we were seated. We figured out that we needed to scan a QR code to pull up the menu (which is perfectly fine, it just would've been nice if we were told that). The menu is visually appealing with pictures, but there is very little to no description of what is in each dish. Those things aside, our food came quickly, and it was fresh and delicious. I got Beef Braised Noodle Soup, Spicy Pork Wontons, and a tea egg (arguably the most underwhelming item I tried). The star of the show was the chili oil they had on the table. I could drink that stuff!"
