"We were looking for carpet for our house at Seabrook. David (sales) had great knowledge and understood what we needed. He spent the time to walk us through the whole range of options and prices. Pete came out the next day and measured. He also walked us through the process and what they would do. Shaun is the manager who took care of the quotes and logistics and was always prompt on the phone. David (installer) was very professional and did a great job taking out the old carpet (long story but it was much worse than expected). The whole process was easy and very customer focused! The final outcome is beautiful and with a finish that is much better than "normal" carpet installation."

"I purchased carpet for two bedrooms and stair way which is about 640 square feet. The pricing was fair however; the installation experience was horrible. The installers of the carpet were not professional and left me with a mess to cleanup. Plus they failed to install the transition pieces in both bedrooms. I attempted to go into the store the next day to get answers as to why it wasn’t done the same day. While at the store trying to receive answers why the job was not complete the same day. I got nothing but the employee’s at the store defending the installers. I got so frustrated that I had to walked out of the store. A few days later I called and spoke with manager who did correct the problem and did apologize for the experience I had received. The transition pieces were installed days later by a different set of installers who were very professional. The amount I as quoted and charged was the same after the job was complete. I always hear and see “shop local”. This would be a good example of why I will no longer shop local for carpet. It is very unlikely I will return I will ever set foot in this store again."
