"Horrible place! I have no idea who and how to put five stars here I would not put one if there was such an opportunity. It stinks a lot in the restaurant! not that eating there, ordering food is even disgusting! Toilets are dirty to the point of impossibility! Also, parking is all paid $22 per night. These creatures take advantage of the fact that it is impossible for a trucker to park somewhere. And all sorts of homeless people roam the parking lot!"
"The ladies in restaurant are great. Wish the rest of the truck stop was the same. The store sells sandwich stuff but does not sell bread. Make sure you check expiration dates on everything! Almost all paid parking at $22 a night. Homeless and druggie crowd all over here, not safe"
"$19 parking that comes with a long walk to the store, bathrooms are in very deplorable condition, with no toilet cover so people use tissue to cover then leave it on or on the ground smh., big gap between doors so uncomfortable. People who works here are nice tho from my experience but what can they do to fix these conditions? Nothing… No coat rack in bathrooms"
"This place is adding fake reviews. You look thru the reviews and they are overwhelming BAD. Troutdale TA has gradually become Very nasty. Walking down hall to laundry room is an ungodly smell ,the carports are warn and disgusting, you can see where workers drag garbage bags dripping and spilling waist. Entrance ways are disgusting nobody cleans or wipes doors or handles. Parking lot is full of garbage. Workers are unattentive,unattended, rude. I dont blame workers as much as management or owners because they are required to do more then one person's works. These garbage pics are from entrance But in truck parking there is large piles of garbage To much to list. Their ATTITUDE IS WHAT MAKES IT THE WORST . FRONT DESK LADY is rude and the other frontdesk girl, WONT TALK ,SHE JUST STARES AT ME ,SHE DID GIVE ME QUARTERS FIR WASH , BUT NO WIRDS ."
"I've been here twice. The food was great at the restaurant. The parking lot was clean. Security makes sure that you have reserved a parking space. There is a bar in the building also with a decent atmosphere. There is a hotel attached with access to the truck stop via a hallway. I did see some sketchy people on my first stop here. Overall, a typical truck stop in my opinion!"
