"Very hit or miss, the brown rice is often severely undercooked, the white rice is dry, and the quality of the other items are all over the place depending when you go and who is working at the time. Often they'll serve items with practically no meat, all veggies.. which isn't much of a meal. They're also not good at keeping food ready for order.. I actually prefer to wait a bit for fresher food, but I've been waiting for 20+ minutes sometimes, despite ordering ahead of time for pickup, and they run out of certain items well before closing time. Be forewarned they will lock the doors randomly with zero signage informing of the fact. They started doing this during covid due to "labor shortage", but they just never stopped doing it years later. I'll never understand why they don't bother putting a sign on the door so people don't have to get out of their cars and find the doors are locked. Makes no sense to me. The manager is very friendly and accommodating, but the same can't be said for any of the other employees.. always rude. I go here less and less after so many bad experiences."

"The Orange Chicken here is Amazing. Ive eaten at many of these, but this is the best location. The Chicken is made fresh and fast service. The team at the drive through are great. You even get a fortune Cookie. Recommended in Burien."
