"Worst experience in a hair studio. I was 10min late to my appointment and the hairstylist was already cutting someone else’s hair. My appointment was canceled and was asked to come back in 6 hours or next day. It was my mistake not be punctual at first, but still frustrating to get this kind of customer service upon arrival as it did take me ~an hour + $100 Uber round trip for nothing. Would be nice to communicate these rules more transparent up front. Worth to mention - the rating was purely on the experience, but not the haircut skillset. This was my second time here, and I was satisfied the first time as the stylist is good at her job."

"Got a haircut today and I was really really happy with the cut. Tracy is truly amazing. She takes time to understand what you want and makes suggestions. It' s a bit higher cost, you can check with her before going but I felt it was totally worth the experience. She put in lot of time to make sure the hair cut was right. Would recommend to check out for anyone who is looking for a new look. Especially Asian hair!!"
