"Worst experience in a hair studio. I was 10min late to my appointment and the hairstylist was already cutting someone else’s hair. My appointment was canceled and was asked to come back in 6 hours or next day. It was my mistake not be punctual at first, but still frustrating to get this kind of customer service upon arrival as it did take me ~an hour + $100 Uber round trip for nothing. Would be nice to communicate these rules more transparent up front. Worth to mention - the rating was purely on the experience, but not the haircut skillset. This was my second time here, and I was satisfied the first time as the stylist is good at her job."

It' s a bit higher cost, you can check with her before going but I felt it was totally worth the experience. She put in lot of time to make sure the hair cut was right.
