Once my technician didn't show up for our appt, and another time I bought mascara there and had to bring it back because it was dry and the wand was broken... Turns out the whole supply was not good. But, again usually good service and I've continued my service there."

It was my first time getting a wax so I was nervous but they really put me at ease, they talked me through the whole process, they were super gentle, really thorough and efficient!! I requested a triangle shape and it turned out so great I'm loving it! I also got a brow tint done by Theo and I trusted them to do whatever color they thought was best and my brows turned out so great, after the second face wash it looked like my brows were always naturally that color. Really loved my experience with theo!"
