"Still will be a star posted my last experience and I got a call and now that person is on a Month vacation, I was told by people that this will happen but I have it a try so Saturday we will see paying full price so I will see and this time nothing will make me delete my feed back"

"Went in for a haircut after growing out my hair for months, I wanted the back trimmed of split ends and everything layered. What I got was 6 inches cutting off, no layers and hair that was shaped like a fuzzy helmet. I have naturally curly hair, if it's not layered it just bushes out. I explained this to the stylist and felt she understood. She didnt! I returned a few days later after realizing there was nothing I could do with my hair to improve the look. Same stylist was called to the front, she proceeded to argue with me that my hair didn't need layers, it needed weight. (Yeah like you can put back the 6 inches you didn't need to chop off). Finally her coworker/boss took over and recut my hair the way I asked. It's now short but decent looking. SOOOO.....I'd avoid this salon if you have curly hair or an opinion on how you'd like your hair to look."
