"Terrible job with partial highlights. I think the photos speak for themselves. First I think I may have gotten someone who had very little experience in highlighting. I’ve gotten highlights before and this was a very different experience to say the least. The lady was nice but it took over 3 hours for partial highlights. And the other 2 workers would watch her then come over to talk to her and point fingers at my head. I did not understand because they weren’t speaking English. But I’m going to try to sum up the job they did. First, the highlights were too light, I just wanted like a shade above my black hair and I got an orange blonde color. Then, there is a very noticeable blotch on the front that just looks like a blotch of bleach sat there. And it happens to be the lightest of all the colors. The highlights are super noticeably different in color/tone. I’m very disappointed. I want to dye my hair back to black. And the highlights do not stretch to the end. It’s really light at the top of my head and can’t see it go to the ends. I can’t help but wonder if the lady knew what she was doing. Why didn’t the other seemingly experienced stylist take over? I will never go here again."
