"I used to love this place but after every time we would walk in they would make fun and laugh at my mom for wanting colorful nails, one time they even told her why do you get such colorful nails you want to feel like you are 17 again! I was shocked and it made my mother feel horrible. Their nails are amazing , but service is horrible. At first we let it pass but when my mom walked into the room all the ladies especially the one who sat next to Kevin would yell for him and start clapping her hands saying ouuu what color does she want now, and even one time asked her if she is a little to old to be getting this type of nails. We stopped coming here and going to a place where we are treated great! I love their nails just not the service"

"Every time I come here it’s always something with them. They rush, never take their time and I always leave never 100% satisfied. I give chance after chance because I’m a believer in giving business chances but this was my Last straw. I’m three weeks postpartum and decided to come here for my first outing for a nice pedicure. I decided on royal the most expensive as I wanted to relax as I’ve been home with baby. Mid way they tell me they can’t do royal they are too busy so they will do deluxe the next step down. I was fine with it because my feet would still feel great & after a trauma birth and being with out I sure did need a pedicure. With out saying they decided to only do a normal pedicure. I would’ve went somewhere else and spent the money to treat myself instead I sat in a chair unhappy because they are very unprofessional & decided to not tell me until it was the part for wax and so on. They finished my boyfriends and didn’t do anything they were suppose too. I went to my car crying because I was so upset. I just Wanted to relax as I already felt weird with out my baby. So disappointed and will not ever return. They are lucky in tipped as I shouldn’t have after looking at the bottom of my feet."

"First thing off. If walk in Saturdays. AIM FOR AFTER 2:30. I noticed clientele became more slow. Walk in also for end of week afternoon or morning/early evening. As well best to call for an appointment. This is my first time here and I loved the service. I got a new set dip mani and deluxe pedi reg polish. I always criticize on who does my pedi because I’m prone to ingrown toenails and the last few places didn’t take them out causing me to go in with a nail cutter, cutting super close cause I can’t see well. Or have me an infection. Overall a waste of time if I have to do it myself or got an infection that lasted a week. Worse if you work on your feet everyday. They did perfect pedi!! For the mani first time dip. Linda did wonderful. Only reason why it was 4 stars is due to the first person who got me and placed the tips for extension, prep my nails, did the main bulk/rough shape of the nails. Didn’t really prepared it well so Linda had to constantly go in with nippers to my side beds and cuticles. Did it during the dip, finalizing shaping, drying under UV. So many times sadly. As well the first person put the tips on my thumb crooked and small tips. So my thumb shape is slightly crooked and my nail bed underneath which usually shouldn’t be showing if I got extensions it is showing. Other then that. Wonderful service. Even busy kept items and area sanitize and clean! I’m a health care worker and for a busy salon to do so is high in my books. But again gauge when you plan to come due to it being super busy. If you want designs or “charms” (real flower, decals) make sure you inform them in the beginning. So when they put the base product on your nails. It is suitable for the design you are aiming for."
