"I am trying to leave A review for advanced laser clinic of Tacoma. Call owner Katie linhan. I was at the laser clinic of Tacoma a week ago. It was the most horrible experience I have ever had in my entire lif. I bought a coupon from one of the big coupon corporations. So this part is their problem but I went there. And had the botox. And after they realized that my coupon place had canceled my coupon without telling me And they basically held me for ransom. I sat They're and cried because they were telling me they were gonna call the police on me. They took my ID. They took my debit card and they kept telling me how they were going to call the police if I didn't have him paid by noon the next day. I paid them $400 out of the bank account. I had because that's AllI had to my name I understand that the coupon company shouldn't have done that either. The way they treat me was awful terrible. I cried for 3 days, ruining my botox. They still have my id and my Bake hard card Aspen is the lady that works there. She was horrible to me, just really feeling just so awful. And she kept saying. I only owed a $180 left. I was trying so hard."

"Just after one treatment, a 13 year insecurity almost gone in 1 day. I could cry tears of joy, thanks to wren (hope I spelled that right) she was so informative, caring, and encouraging. I would recommend this treatment to anyone who needs tattoo removal and at a very good price, I am so grateful! "This is an incredible establishment and I haven’t even had a service there yet! (I will soon) When I called Sara was unbelievably helpful and understanding of my situation. They were friendly and answered every question with enthusiasm. I wasn’t able to have my treatment done this time around for other reasons on my end but they truly went above and beyond for even my simple inquiry. I can also tell they practice appropriately and safely based on the questions they asked me/what they recommended. I would absolutely trust them with any service. "A couple of years ago I used this establishment to remove unwanted hair on my chin and lip. It was great and I was happy with my service. Due to the area I had hair removed I was told more than one time if I needed a touch up it would only cost $50 because it was an area already completed. Two years (Covid) I made an appointment to have a touch up and brought a friend for a consultation. The technician was really sweet and friendly. I walked up to the counter and to my amazement was charged $200. I let the girl at the counter know what I was told and she said, well it is new owners so the price changed. I wish someone would’ve quoted me the price prior to the service. Needless to say I will find another place because I feel they should’ve honored the old price initially quoted to me. My friend who had the consult will also not be using this establishment."
