"New ownership as of a month and some change and they did a PHENOMENAL job. I’ve been coming here since they took over (no offense to the old owners) just to see what type of experience I’d have. Henry was great at shaping tip with dip nails. His mom is an angel who did great with the gold accent. While it appears they are doing their best with customer service, I’m going to keep coming back. They really take their time and provide great quality of work."

"I spent over $130.00 here i got a full set, pedicure, eyebrow wax and massage. Their prices are great compared to others but they are very rough with my nails i have scabs on my cuticles because of how rough the owner was with my nails. Their massage was great. They need to work on cleanliness they dropped nail clippers on the floor and didn't sterilize them. I'm a very vocal person so if i don't like something your doing I'm going to tell you i was picky with my nails and i made sure she did them all evenly and thorough and i made her fix whatever i didn't like the owner Hannah got a attitude after that but i don't care if I'm going to spend a good amount of money i better get treated right. Please be gentle with your customers and be up to health code so you don't get shut down. I will be back here to get my nails done again but if i see something not right i will report you."

"I should have listened to my intuition not return, but I did because I needed a fill before heading out of town. They rushed on my nails and did a horrible job. The time before was bad, but I went back and now my nails look horrible. The acrylic is not laid right, the polish they use is super cheap and starts to come off within a few days. Also, I was burned from her rushing to get to the next person. The sad part is that they really expected me to tip them. I will never make the mistake of returning here. Save your time and money and go elsewhere."

"The staff is wonderful. However, they will tell you 1 price and tact on an extra $5 when it’s time to pay. The pressure services on you that you didn’t ask for and does a half job on what you came in for. The nasty part is the nail tech had my thumb bleeding in 2 places. My friends nails were blending all his right hand and 2 nails on the left. They never used clean supplies and when I mentioned this is cross Contaminating blood, they laughed like sharing blood is okay. Friendly staff but I can’t risk the bloody supplies and my fingers burning because my skin is torn off. Gross and pricey. Nice staff but the use of bloody supplies is questionable. And the extra $5 and $10 at the end makes you feel hustled."

"I am currently pregnant and tried to utilize their services for a relaxation gift from a family member. My 1st experience was not what I expected. I asked for the $50 pedicure and they skipped many services such as the filing/cutting, skin removal, and massage. The person beside me received the same service but I was done long before her. My second experience which was today, was not great either. As we entered we were greeted with stares. So we explained to the owner how some services were previously skipped and we were told that was not true as we were given dirty looks. I wanted to walk away but the owner insisted we stay.. BIG MISTAKE. The owner did my service and she seemed like she was frustrated. I told them the water was cold and they said “ no it’s not”, but it was. I wouldn’t put my feet in. Then she kept digging into my toes and burned me with the filer to remove my previous gel on numerous occasions. When I would tell her she would shrug it off. She was so rough that when she sprayed the alcohol on my toes it burned me. I did not receive the lotion and massage that comes with the service. The lady just threw 1Towel on my leg and left it there. I asked about the massage and she said one didn’t come with it but we spent $40. Then she preceded to say she done one. I will never go back. They don’t treat certain customers like others and I try not to make it a race thing, but there was this gentleman, he happened to be white, who came into the spa and he was greeted with smiles and had not 1 but 2 workers for his services. I watched the ladies massage him for my entire service plus some as I typed this review. His legs were massaged for over 25 minutes and so was his head! I couldn’t believe it. We asked them what service he got and they just stared at us. I felt as if the owner wanted to prove a point by digging into my toe nails because I said the service was skipped previously. I just pray my toes don’t get infected as I am 8 months pregnant nearing my due date!!! Ugh- I’ve never received such terrible customer service."
